“I don’t even call it violence when it’s in self defence; I call it intelligence.” Malcom X

Definition: Self-defence is a countermeasure that involves defending the health and well-being of oneself from harm. The use of the right of self-defence as a legal justification for the use of force in times of danger is available in many jurisdictions, but the interpretation varies widely.
Our world is beautiful, but can also be very dangerous. Everybody would have encountered a threat or an attack at some stage of their life. Some more than others; some never lived to tell the tale.
We enable everyday people to defend themselves. No man should be threatened or attacked; no woman should be assaulted or raped; no child should be abducted or bullied.
Anyone can become a fighter… defined [a person with the will, courage, determination, ability, or disposition to fight, struggle, resist, etc.]
We help people understand the weapons they posses within; how to use them; when to use them; most importantly train with a sense of realism to become effective.
